The Wellness Registry by Revive Renew is a curated online platform designed to connect clients with independent wellness professionals and therapists.

While we aim to promote trusted, qualified, and professional practitioners, The Wellness Registry does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and all services are carried out independently by the individual therapist or practitioner.

Clients are responsible for carrying out their own decisions when selecting a therapist or treatment. The Wellness Registry by Revive Renew cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, dissatisfaction, negligence, mistreatment, adverse reaction, or dispute arising from treatments, advice, services, or interactions provided by therapists listed within the registry.

All therapists are responsible for maintaining appropriate qualifications, professional insurance, registrations, hygiene standards, and compliance with any relevant governing bodies or legal requirements applicable to their profession.

Inclusion within The Wellness Registry does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of outcomes, results, or suitability of treatment for any individual client.

For therapists joining the registry, membership provides promotional visibility and inclusion within the platform only. The Wellness Registry by Revive Renew cannot guarantee enquiries, bookings, referrals, or new clients as a result of membership.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or remove any listing or membership at our discretion where we believe standards of professionalism, conduct, client care, or business integrity are not being maintained.

Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
